more than you ever imagined. When you wake up, take a moment to think
about what a privilege it is to simply be alive and healthy. The moment

Believe in
you. Listen to your soul. Trust your instincts. Acknowledge your own

of procrastination, who find satisfaction in doing the job at hand.

The biggest
step in changing the world around you is to change the world within you.
Just live in the present, concentrate on the things you can control, and
take one small step at a time.

when things go wrong it‟s because they would have turned out worse if

negative people
You are not a
rug; some people may try to walk all over you, but you don‟t have to lie

waste your time by letting one of them ruin your happiness. Simply move

like an indulgence. But it should be a requirement. Let loose and play.

love and kindness
The happiness
surrounding you is greatly affected by the choices you make every day.
So choose to spread love and kindness to at least one person a day.

change you want to see in the world

tell others how to live; live and let them watch you. Walk the talk. The
